Tsi DupYang Böd is an ancient healing system from the kingdom of Zhang Zhung which included Tibet and some of the Middle East thousands of years ago. Zhang Zhung was the ancestral home of the Bön tradition. The Bön tradition is over 18,000 years old and was the indigenous spiritual practice of Tibet before the arrival of Buddhism from India.
In the 7th century Tsewang Rigzin wrote a text with instructions on this healing practice. Tsi Dup Yang Böd is a complete healing and spiritual practice that not only transmits potent and powerful healing energy to the practitioner, but it is also a path to enlightenment. It enables you to heal others as you heal yourself with the benefit of spiritual development.

The Drup Shenpa continues to honor all the requirements in order to practice and be connected to this energetic lineage transmission which has a very deep spiritual nature.
